My name is Anne Ruozzi

I’ve always been deeply attuned to the energy of spaces. As a young child, I instinctively rearranged my parents’ homes—not just for aesthetics, but to create a feeling. More ease. More joy. More flow. Though I didn’t have the words for it then, I was already practicing what I later discovered to be Feng Shui—the ancient art of designing environments that support well-being, success, and abundance.

This lifelong passion led me to formally study Feng Shui, delving into both its Eastern roots and modern Western interpretations. Through this comprehensive training, I earned my certification as a consultant, deepening my understanding of how environments shape our well-being, success, and abundance. Unlike traditional design, which focuses solely on aesthetics, Feng Shui is about how a space feels.

Before founding The Sanctuary Method, I spent over 20 years as an entrepreneur, building Therapy Clean, a brand dedicated to transforming everyday routines into rituals of well-being. What began as a simple idea in my home evolved into an internationally recognized cleaning products brand, with award-winning formulas now trusted in over 1,000,000 households nationwide.

That journey reinforced a profound truth: our external environment directly shapes our internal state. Whether it’s the products we use or the spaces we inhabit, our surroundings influence our energy, decisions, and ultimately, our success.
